These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through lustera.co.uk. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Lustera Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales 16349960. Our registered office is at 63 Kenmore Road M33 4LG You can contact us at hello@lustera.co.uk.
References to 'we', 'us', or 'our' in these terms refer to Lustera Ltd. References to 'you' or 'your' refer to the customer placing an order through our website.
2. Age Restriction
Our products are intended for adults aged 18 and over only. By placing an order with Lustera, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if we have reason to believe the purchaser is under 18. We do not accept orders from, or deliver to, minors.
3. Placing an Order
3.1 How to place an order
Orders are placed through our website at lustera.co.uk. By completing the checkout process and submitting your order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket subject to these terms.
3.2 Order confirmation
Once your order has been received, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgement of your order and does not constitute acceptance of it.
A contract between you and Lustera Ltd is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking information.
3.3 Right to refuse orders
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:
• A product is out of stock or unavailable
• We are unable to verify your age or payment details
• There has been a pricing or product description error on our website
• We have reason to suspect fraudulent activity
If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund within 5 working days.
3.4 Product availability
All products are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if a product you have ordered is out of stock and offer you an alternative or a full refund.
4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 Prices
All prices on our website are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are correct at the time of display but may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at the time you place your order.
4.2 Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of placing your order. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, PayPal
All payments are processed securely. We do not store your card details. Your billing statement will show a discreet merchant name.
4.3 Pricing errors
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or systems error, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We will notify you promptly and issue a full refund if payment has already been taken.
5. Delivery
5.1 Fulfilment
All Lustera orders are fulfilled by Amazon's Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF) network. Your order is processed and dispatched from an Amazon fulfilment centre.
5.2 Delivery area
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
5.3 Delivery timeframes and costs
Delivery options, estimated timeframes, and applicable costs are displayed at checkout prior to you confirming your order. By completing your purchase you accept the delivery option selected.
5.4 Dispatch and tracking
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been collected by Amazon's fulfilment network. We are not responsible for delays caused by Amazon's logistics partners or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
5.5 Discreet packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked outer packaging. No Lustera branding or product descriptions are visible on the outside of any parcel.
5.6 Failed delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Amazon's carrier will follow their standard redelivery or collection process. We are not liable for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
5.7 Risk and ownership
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the products passes to you upon receipt of full payment.
6. Returns & Refunds
6.1 Your right to cancel — Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, provided the product is unopened and in its original sealed packaging.
To exercise your right to cancel, contact us at hello@lustera.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. We will then provide instructions for returning the item.
6.2 Hygiene exemption
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28(1)(b)), the right to cancel does not apply to goods that have been unsealed after delivery and which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Once a Lustera product has been opened or used, it cannot be returned unless it is faulty or not as described. This is a standard legal exemption that applies to personal hygiene goods.
6.3 Faulty or damaged items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us at hello@lustera.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a description of the fault. A photograph is helpful where possible.
We will arrange a prepaid return label and process a replacement or full refund once we have assessed the fault. You do not need to contact Amazon for faulty item claims please come directly to us.
6.4 Returns process
Do not return any item before contacting us first. Unauthorised returns may not be processed. Once we have confirmed your return, we will provide instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.
Returns for unopened, unwanted items are managed in conjunction with Amazon's fulfilment network. We will provide full instructions when you contact us.
6.5 Refund timeline
Once a return has been received and assessed, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are made to the original payment method only.
6.6 Statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

7. Products & Descriptions
7.1 Product information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are accurate. However, product images are for illustrative purposes and the actual product may vary slightly in appearance.
7.2 Body-safe materials
All Lustera products are made from body-safe, non-porous silicone. We hold documentation confirming material safety from our manufacturing partners. Copies are available on request.
7.3 Intended use
Our products are designed for adult personal use only. We accept no liability for any injury, damage, or loss arising from use of our products in a manner inconsistent with the instructions provided, or by any person under the age of 18.
7.4 Product safety
All Lustera products meet applicable UK safety standards including CE marking requirements. If you have any concerns about product safety, please contact us before use.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Lustera website including text, images, graphics, logos, and product descriptions is owned by or licensed to Lustera Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
9. Website Use
9.1 Availability
We aim to keep our website available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or withdraw access to our website without notice for maintenance, updates, or for reasons outside our control.
9.2 Accuracy
While we take reasonable care to ensure the information on our website is accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free.
9.3 Prohibited use
You agree not to use our website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent, or in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with other users.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by UK law.
Subject to the above, we will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage arising out of your use of our website or products, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for the products in that order.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Delivery & Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lustera Ltd in relation to your use of our website and the purchase of our products, and supersede all previous agreements, representations, and understandings.
